Negatives: Refrigerator full of water Air conditioner set at 64 -- too cold!! Door hard to open

Negatives: There's really nothing I don't like about staying here. There's a couple cheaper options around town, but I don't mind paying a little more for the peace and quiet. Only thing I wasn't thrilled about was finding my car tampered with before leaving Sunday morning, presumably by what looked like someone who had a few too many the night before, but that's not the hotel's fault.

Negatives: I stay there every July for a family get together. I never had anything to dislike I

Negatives: Ran out of breakfast by 6:45. Had to wait in line for 25 minutes for waffles since that was basically all that was left.

Negatives: The staff (one in particular) was extremely rude and had no compassion or customer service acumen. After waiting a significant amount of time for the desk clerk to resume her gossip with another employee, we requested a slightly late check out due to our schedule with the local funeral home. We were told “No” harshly with a comment about “trying to run a business here.” This all after being told 1) that there were 30+ open rooms the next day, 2) not being given any alternatives (which would a more traditional customer service approach), example: like a late check out fee or a discounted rate to add a day. After the (congenial from our side) exchange concluded we were tossed looks of disdain. If you want to, “run a business,” I would recommend being kind and compassionate to your guests, and trying to offer solutions. We appreciate the kind house keeping staff.

Negatives: Very hard beds.

Negatives: The free continental breakfast The food that was supposed to be hot was not hot.
