Staff interactions were all good, very pleasant and efficient. Location was good and convenient. Property was clean with no specific problems to report.
Negatives:
Property is starting to show it's age, plumbing fixtures were functional but somewhat worn, toilet was very low. Lighting other than the bathroom was ok but not great. Breakfast was just fair.

Wonderful customer service, cleanliness of room and common areas, great amenities, area around the hotel is nice (lots to do around the area and great food options)
Negatives:
I don't have anything negative to say about the property or our stay (other than the people above us had kids that were running and jumping around at hours when we were trying to sleep, but the hotel was able to assist us with the issue).

It was really clean and the staff upon check in was so friendly! Loved that check out is at 12 not 11!
Negatives:
With check out being at 12 we decided to sleep in, at 10:00 someone was coming in our room, here it was the maids, didn't even knock!! Upon check out I said something to the front desk clerk and he said well we are busy today so they were checking to see if the room was empty, first of all let me make this clear we had NOT checked out, and they DID NOT knock, we had the metal door stopper on, that's all that stopped them and the desk clerk didn't care!
