it was a fresh bed and nice cafe near by. staff were fine to talk to. the coffee was good. it was not the best hotel i have stayed at but definitely not the worst. it was literally just a fresh place to sleep and that was all

the website said there would be a bathtub. it was supposed to be a non smoking room but people smoked before us. there was an indoor pool on multiple websites including one for this exact hotel.... and wasn't expecting a to go breakfast...

Nice clean room with comfortable bed and good reception on the TV. Room had a small kitchenette. Good if you were staying a longer time. I only spent 2 nights. Place was reasonably priced and close to where I had to go.

There was a bed, and it had clean linen they smelled like bleach. Ladies that checked me in were friendly. The TV worked watched a good movie.

No ice, no breakfast coffee only, kitchen burners did not work so i couldn't fix food, refrigerator did not freeze the cups of water I put in overnight, bugs rodent droppings. I couldn't sleep due to people outside my window. I guess you weren't supposed to cook or make food. You need to ask for dishes and silverware, but without a working kitchen, it didn't matter. The shower didn't spray well, and the sink overly did. Maybe it's the filters. Overall, this place needs an overhaul. The furniture was worn, and the recliner was broke. I didn't take pictures because there was nothing to show. You can't take a picture of a broken cooktop or the freezer that didn't cool or the rental cooking supplies. Which I didn't pay for asked for paper plates they said they didn't have any but would rent dishes and a toaster or coffee maker. Why? Cook top didn't work. You can use a tiny microwave to reheat.

I really liked the staff in the other building and they were very helpful before I was even their customer. The staff working in the Junction Ct. building the night I arrived was extremely rude and showed no signs of any prior customer service skills or any effort to make guest comfortable and secure.
Negatives:
The cost of laundry was outrageous. $3.00 to wash & $3.00 to dry. And that’s if you can give staff to get you quarters.
