Positives:
The pool was nice, the staff was nice. The food was really bad though so it was a pretty big disappointment. No pancakes or waffles either which was advertised as being part of the food.
Negatives:
The food was bad, it cost more than most continental breakfasts but the variety was terrible and it was poor quality. The room was small and the beds were uncomfortable.

I’ve been waiting for Director or manager to call me I found a towel under my tv with a poop in it. I’ve been calling never to get a response I’ve waited long enough time for pictures to be put online.

The room was dirty and had tape on the wall from previous decorations. The pool area was messy and had three ripped chairs. Towels & bedding were worn & carpet was dirty. For the price of this hotel, it was ridiculous. Should only have a 2-star rating

The property was clean and welcoming. The beds are comfortable. I was there for a workshop, the meeting/dining area was good. The desserts were decadent.
Negatives:
The lunch veggie spinach wraps, not very tasty. And the way the servers delivered the food. One person at our table did not get their entree until the rest of the table was done eating. Her table mates asked numerous times for her food, to no avail. There were only two choices chicken salad and a veggie wrap.- that were preordered. She had the veggie wraps. I finally went outside the conference room and requested her entree. I carried it back to her. One of the staff did apologize.

The place was absolutely disgusting! The shower was filthy, the towels were not washed (had other visitor's hair still on towel), shirt covers had stains. The staff was very nice. But due to poor house cleaning, I had to book another room at a different hotel.

Honestly the property was clean but there were some issues. The pool and hot tub were closed for renovations (not a huge deal) they did have a workaround to go to some neighboring hotels instead. The individual at the front desk when we checked in was terrible. She had zero customer service skills. She didnt smile, didnt look at you, just took your cards gave you keys and didnt even say what floor you were on, what room you were in, anything about breakfast, etc. zero communication. The king bed we had in our room was terrible. Stiff as a board our backs hurt every morning. Thankfully it was a short stay. I would not stay here again simply because of the lack of comfort and customer service.
