The hotel is located in a very good position, close to the center and to the amtrak/bus station.
The room was very big and clean.
Negatives:
We had a very unpleasant discussion with the ladies at the reception because in my reservation there were 2 breakfast for each day included/payed (and booking confirm that to me and the structure, both by e-mail and by phone) while the hotel insisted on only 1 breakfast booked. I believe that they should have solved the misunderstanding whit booking, instead of denying us the second breakfast. Very bad clients attitude. The breakfast is prepared by the internal Starbucks and has a very limited choice.
At the check-out we met a different lady and she has been really nice with us.
