The gentleman who helped us with our luggage was extremely nice and patient, really went the extra mile to help us out.
Negatives:
The parking ramp was a nightmare, spaces extremely narrow, almost impossible to get in, had to go to the 5th level to find a spot. Confusing to get from the parking to the room. Pillows hard, towels scratchy, no blanket on the bed, just a coverlet that was so heavy it squashed us. Very dim lighting. The refrigerator was so noisy it kept us awake, we had to turn it off. Stuffy, no fresh air. Had to wait forever for the elevator to stop on our floor. The clerk at the front desk didn't have our payment information, looks like we got charged twice.

The downtown location was perfect for us, walking distance to the river, the train and restaurants and shops. The room was a good size and bed comfortable and room clean.
Negatives:
The room was so cold when we arrived with a loud fan in the ceiling. Eventually warmed it slightly but too difficult to change, had to ask someone to help. Half an hour before breakfast finished there was little food left in the breakfast room. Many people turning up and unable to eat. Make your own waffle took too long to wait for. No hot water for tea available as the machine was broken and no alternative offered.
