Location was fantastic. We walked to most attractions we wanted to see. Breakfast buffet was a bonus, although more fruit would have been nice Comfortable beds.

I was overcharged. Reservation says $211.20 plus $31.89 tax = $243.09.
My credit card was charged $264.00.
I have requested a refund of $20.91.

The location is great. Very easy to walk to places. For downtown the price was reasonable. The breakfast was good. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Thanks to Junior in maintenance for getting it open for us

The thermostat in our room was broken so even with 3 box fans running the temperature never got lower than 81 degrees. We asked to be moved and the desk never followed up on this. So we slept in the heat. If not for this our stay would have been great

Unorganized! Not clean Charged me twice after waiting on the 1st refund! Slept all night with no heat. Hot tub in room was dirty had to clean it, couldnt enjoy it due to how cold the room was!!!! Just a terrible experience.

When I arrived at check-in time the room was not ready.I waited more than 1 hours it still was not ready. I went to work that night and didn't occupy the room until I returned from work. That's really unacceptable. I feel I'm due a refund.
