Negatives: The room heat and air did not function properly and we had to change to 3 rooms. Staff were great but could not get us in a room upon our arrival. Manager gave us a discount for all the inconvenience. But my bill was still incorrect and I am dealing g with that.

Negatives: Parking was supposed to be available on site However I was never told I had to pay On top of that u had to pay every time you leave and come back It would be better business to be upfront about that sorta thing

Negatives: This is our third time staying at this location. We had terrible experiences our first two visits and thought we would give it one more try. Things were fine until we checked into our room, and our son found a vape pen in his bed. I took it to the front desk and was told, “Woops, sorry about that.” I would have expected more of an apology and an offer for something to be done about it - switch rooms, reimbursement of some kind, but received nothing. The room next to us had a couple fighting from 10pm-1am. They were yelling at one another the entire 3 hours, and we could hear every word.

Negatives: They overcharged me at the property by around 60 dollars compared to what the price was.. 2 weeks later I'm still waiting for the property and booking dot com to work this out and refund the overpayment. Disappointing after providing everything they wanted.

Negatives: Large rips in our room. Dirty with mystery substances on the walls and showers. The pool looked gross. The vending machines were mostly empty and what was in there looked very old. Used an extra lock in the door for security. Needs a major Reno.

Negatives: Bathroom fan was extremely loud. View was an outdoor staircase.

Negatives: ...... Here is why.....The garage was not lit up well. Got off the elevator and was on the bottom floor outside. I had to drag my luggage in. It was raining. And probably about 50°.out .One of the front doors was locked. Another time I tried the revolving door and it two had been cleaned and was blocked off the rest of the night that is. The elevator smelt like garbage. And marijuana. The halls were stained. Everything looked dated. I did not go to the pool I did not recall seeing that information on a website page. I wanted a room with a hot tub in it and your hotel didn't have that. But you were close to the theater. I did not stay the night. I did not want to get in that bed. Because of all the dirty stuff I seen. The bathroom sink was clean. The toilet would not flush right. The cable.... you had to call and find out how to get it to show any channels. My window view was horrible unless you like dark dingy cement scary looking places. I would not recommend this place. Horrible horrible horrible.

Negatives: The TV in our room didn’t work and the staff were rude about it when we called. We also had trouble accessing the building because our key cards kept being deactivated and they wouldn’t let us in because some non-guests were attempting to enter at the same time.

Negatives: Felt dirty and old
