a hotel staff member has been trying to steal from my cars, with several attempts to charge. Last night with 20USD and this night with 200USD. i sent and called the hotel, who didnt care the less that one of their staff members is a thief and uses guests cards to steal money. Although reported multiple times, even booking themselves, did not take any action towards the stealing attempts!!!

The location of my room was fine. I was on the 16th floor.
Negatives:
The only problem was that we spent almost two hours in the rain as we had to evacuate because the fire alarm was activated at bedtime. Because I had booked through a third party, the hotel didn't give me the same perks other hotel patrons received because of the inconvenience.

Inside of the room didn’t match what you seen in the halls. The dresser, coffee pot, and television was dusty. Literally was able to rub my finger across it and get the dust on my finger. Smoke detector was hanging down.
