They have a policy of charging a card $50 for incidentals that I didnt know about. You would get the money back in 3-4 days. Not the best policy. Also the carpeting was showing its age and really needs an update with the carpet.

This building needs to be updated bad there’s so many stains in the hallways. The breakfast room has stains all over the cushions. It’s just gross. I’ve stayed at a lot of IHG properties and this has to be the most rundown got into the shower and there was no body wash or shampoo.

too expensive, we did not receive the room that was reserved. I was up charged for the additional bed that I thought I had reserved with my reservation, thus I feel ripped off!!!!!! $ 300. for 1 night ? It should have been a 5 star hotel for that amount of money. It appeared a bit run down and shabby.
