Offering the service of food and beverages, but not having it.
The manager in charge of the partbof the hotel has to be fired or rebudget and work on the service. Lease that area to another operator since it has the greatest space, bar, and commercial kitchen but underutilized and does not have the ability to really deliver a food service.

The sofa sleeper mattress was stained in several places. We had 3 adults but we're only given 2 sets of towels. I called front desk but 30 minutes had passed and still no towels so I had to go get them myself. The tub was stained and looked dirty.

Your pool and hot tub are over chlorinated, no microwave in the room, no room service, no free breakfast which that's what it said it had. No decaf coffee offered, no cups to drink water in the room. NO plastic bag to put dirty laundry in.Staff were very unhappy there was only 1 nice staff member. Would never go back!!!

The hotel was dirty and gross. The pool never had towels and the pool area was not cleaned the entire time we were there. The hot tub was filthy and had a foam on it. The second day there was no hot water in the hotel so we couldn’t shower. The third day the water was slightly warm but not hot. The one working elevator was super slow. The other elevator was out of order. We were supposed to get a free night for the issues with the issues with water. Instead they charged us an extra night and we are having to fight for the correct charges. They also sent us receipts for at least 6 other guests. This was the worst experience I’ve had at a hotel and I would never recommend this one.
