Negatives:
I am handicapped and ambulate with a cane. I payed for parking the day we arrived swiping my credit card on entry. My son went to get the car the next morning and felt pressured to get out quickly and could not find the paperwork with the scan code to get out, and got charged $25 for parking, swiping his credit card even though I paid already. Can you fix this horrible situation? My son and I had a beautiful night away seeing a concert together which ended up with him upset and me crying when he picked me up to go home We ended up paying $50.00 for parking for one night at your hotel after paying $300.00 for one night in a King Studio Suite. Sorry. Ready to never stay at a Hilton again.

The room was large and had a great setup, including cook top and full fridge. The hotel was very pretty and close to the market, lots of restaurant options. Parking was easy and across the street.
Negatives:
There were crumbs from a previous guest on the furniture in our room. There was also an old looking Qtip on the floor in the entry way to the room. Housekeeping missed the mark. For a hotel with the Hilton name the breakfast was so disappointing we went out instead. Warm orange juice was the only juice option (no apple or cranberry). It looked like they were offering breakfast tacos but we checked twice and a key item was completely missing both times. Once no tortillas, the other time no chicken. So we gave up. I have seen much better breakfast offered at less quality hotels.

The staff was really great! Shoutouts to Ray, I had to quickly leave my luggage and take off on the day of the check-in. The staff were very informative about downtown MKE and rest of Milwaukee. It's also in a wonderful location, close to many restaurants and right adjacent to Historical Third Ward, and not too far from the Art Museum and Harley Davidson museum.
Negatives:
It's by a main street and I noticed that the patrons of Milwaukee love their motorcycles (I don't blame them, and home of Harley-Davidson) along with sports cars. You'll hear some revving, perhaps if you're a light sleeper, ask for a room away from the main street.
