Positives: The access to the elevators from the parking ramp was convient. The vallet driver explaining the way everything works was great. Having a Starbucks in the hotel was awesome for our morning out.

Negatives: I didn't like the hidden parking fee. We got there assuming it was included and it cost us another $40. On a tight budget, that took our funds down a great deal. The room was mediocor at best. Nothing to write home about. The bathroom was not cleaned the best. There was no bag in the room for my dirty laundry. I would think for the price that breakfast would be included but we went to a restarant across the street becasue it was chaeper.

Positives: Overall, the location is really great and easy walking distance to restaurant, bars, and the Fiserv Forum if you’re attending an event there. Staff is friendly as well.

Negatives: Hotel could definitely could use some updating in the rooms. The color scheme is not very welcoming and my room in particular had a weird smell in both the room and bathroom. I also found it weird that the TV was unplugged and an empty water bottle was wedged behind it.
