the first day we arrived the bench in the room was very dirty, and the duvet in one of the beds was in vey bad condition. But then they nicely moved us to a better room to the 6th floor, the first room that was on the 8th had a better view. But we had to move.

people making noise in the halls at 2 am they woke me up. No respect at all for people who are sleeping. you need signs of no noise at night

Great location, decor and hotel vibe were on point. quiet rooms and comfy beds were just what we needed. restaurants in the neighborhood were exactly what we were looking for. Kids loved the pool table in the lobby.
