There was no coffee maker in room and when we called down about it we were told we had to arrange for it ahead of time. I asked at desk and were told one would be delivered - it was, but discovered in morning that it only had tea and hot chocolate pods.

dogs barking for one hr 1030 pm to 1130 pm. Pay to sleep comfortably, didnt occur. Dogs should all be on one floor away from gen. customers. Front staff poor when I needed help obtaining an Uber or Taxi. Poor response, no numbers, no cards that helped, no follow up. Told me the Ubers were unreliable and Taxis never responded. Not true! Room was not cleaned first day. Vacuum cleaner never used during entire stay here.
Beds unfinished 2nd day. OK 3rd day.

Housekeeping was unresponsive and never cleaned over 4 days. That is unacceptable. I called once and they said they’d come one day they asked and we declined that leaves 3 days not cleaned.
