The room was just right not to small nor not to big for a couple. The pools, and jacuzzi was great also.
Negatives:
There wasn't anything that was bad per say only one thing just a observation the woman clerk she might have been a bad but it was at check in and the next morning check out that she just had a very sour face never smiled or just plan non concerning attitude. But like I said she might have been going through something.
The breakfast was good.
But all and all the stay was very good

Pool area was clean. The whole hotel overall was clean. Breakfast was decent. 24 hour coffee was a plus.
Negatives:
I was charged quite a bit more than my room charge. They corrected it, but had to wait over a week for the funds to be released and put back in my account. The deposit was $75 (understandable) and it was added to the account hold of room + deposit. But then had an additional charge for $75, so $150 plus the cost of the room was pending in my account. Added another day and the same thing happened! So they were holding $300.00 on my card. I did get it all back, but it was really inconvenient. When I asked about it the manager said that was normal for all hotels to hold that much.....um, no sir, I stay in hotels often. rarely ever have a problem.
