Positives: Cheap room. I guess you get what you pay for.
Negatives: 1. TV never had a signal. I called the desk. He fixed it, but when you turned it off, it lost the signal again. 2. The phone didn't work. 3. When I checked to see if the phone line was plugged in, there was a small pile of dog shit under the bed. Guess the cleaning crew doesn't vacuum under the bed.

Negatives: The whole building smelled of marijuana. Cigarette burns in furniture and carpet. No noise control after hours. Outdated and needs locking doors instead of a metal rod on a screw to patio.
