The hotel and room were very nice and the price was spot on.

The bathroom was not very clean, and it took forever to get our car from valet. We waited for over half an hour.

The place was fine. We have stayed at the TRU properties before and will return.We like the breakfast layout including a choice of hot tea.
Negatives:
There were people above us the made cloumping noises all night. We complained at 11:30 pm, 1:15 AM by phone and finally went down to the front desk at 2:30 AM. No results. The man at the desk obviously was going to do nothing and did nothing. It sounded like they were packing drugs and hauling them around the room. Several loud crashes like a heavy trunk was dropped off the bed or something. So loud it woke the baby next door.
We also liked the china dishes we had at other TRU properties instead of plastic and paper.

The closeness to where we were going. Convenience of walking to restaurants.
Negatives:
Had to pay for parking and didn't know until we got there. Being in town it had some noise, the continental breakfast was just OK. It looked like there was only one staff member trying to keep up with breakfast. Eggs were gone, minimal other things to choose from.
