Negatives: The bed wasn't comfortable and it sit to low l didn't like that the staff came knocking at my door at 10:30am talking about check out time

Negatives: One rude employee knocking on the door well before checkout time to find out if I was gone yet. Another rude employee smoking right next to the entrance, the smoke getting in my face as I am walking in the door... From the opposite side, not past the employee. All the other people were great.

Negatives: No dislikes, no comments

Negatives: I was afraid and concerned about my safety. I reported to the manager the employee who was banging on my door while I was asleep. At first, there was banging on my door angrily. I looked in the hole, and there was no one there. I went back to sleep, and a few minutes later, another banging on my door sounded angrier. I saw a black woman standing outside my room mad and lash out on me because I took out trash out of my room which I never knew and was never explained to me that I have to walk to the dumpster to throw my garbage. So what happened to the housekeeping fees they charged me during my stay? Honestly, I don't know if that is a hotel or a dump. The staff who banged at my door started having retaliation against me for reporting her to the manager. Every Sunday, when she checks me in for an extension of my reservation, she keeps giving me a nasty lecture on how to book my reservation. She said like " This is the third time I am telling you blah blah ... you have to book with a code. I have no idea what she was telling me. I have no clue. With intimidation and rudeness while typing hard on the keypad of the computer, like having tantrums. She was always mad at me. That is not how to treat a guest. As far as I know, my booking is done online, whatever is available and affordable. She is impolite and rude, does not say please or thank you, or "enjoy your stay" just plainly a rude, ill mannered front desk employee. I don't need a lecture. I am there to have a room to sleep a comfortable accommodation and not to be intimidated and lectured by a rude front desk employee. I cried Sunday in my room, I did not feel safe for the way she was treating me as their guest. I could not sleep that day, cried in my room, went to work tired, came back, and noticed a note from a manager saying that I had left one star review. I requested to speak to him, and this nasty woman said he is gone for a week.

Negatives: Black Woman who checked me in for the 3rd time is always rude, nasty and no communication nor customer service skills. They don't clean rooms.

Negatives: Staff was not helpful and one of them was completely ill-mannered. Also, a mysterious extra charge of $28 was added to my American Express bill. It has since been removed after I called my place but there was no excuse for it.

Negatives: didn't like that after i booked same day the pricing went down to half price and i couldn't change anything . will plan out better next year. bathrooms don't have grab bars .should definitely have them.
