wouldn't give us a receipt and when i looked at my bank statement they charged more than what was quoted. called booking.com and put in a complaint. they were going to look into it. and we did not charge anything to our rooms. i tried calling the hotel numerous times and it just rang and rang telephone number?

Very nice looking facility. Rooms looked well maintained. Very upscale feel. Convenient location. Staff handled a difficult situation very professionally.
Negatives:
Access was confusing initially as you had to circle around to reach the entrance to the property. Elevator being down made us climb 4 floors when we checked in, which was not fun, especially for my 71 year old mother-in-law. It was repaired by the time we returned for the night, but sounds like it's been an ongoing difficulty there.

Pool was on the small side, went for breakfast and there was nothing to eat. All the hot food was gone at 9:30 and never replaced. They were short staffed.
