The property is not in good condition. Literally falling apart.

My stay here over the past weekend was a mess. First, checking in there was no one at the front desk for an extended period of time we waited for someone to show up. The tv in our room was unable to adjust the volume and was stuck on an extremely quiet, hardly able to hear volume. I was told by front desk that after reprogramming the tvs they have had this problem, we were unable to use the tvs. An hour after checking in, a strange man with luggage walked right into our room with a key he was given, after being checked into the same exact room as ours. After speaking to the front desk about this, I was told they would reduce the price of my hotel room (which we stayed in for 2 nights) for my inconveniences. None of the ice machines are working except on the 4th floor which was basically a maze journey to find. The pool is very under-maintained with visible ceiling/roof problems as well as generally being in poor condition.
I have now arrived back home and receive a statement on my bank account being OVERcharged past the original nightly rate and an extra mystery $55 fee as well. After calling the property, I am told the manager will not be in until tomorrow and I have to speak to her directly to receive a refund for these charges. Im very disappointed, upset and will not be coming back to this establishment.

Good location. Decent hotel. Cancelled our reservation and told us they needed to know where to ship our belongings. What? Checked us in and checked us out two minutes later then went into our room and contacted us via voice mail. We thought we didnt have a room for the night. Very unprofessional never again!
