Bed was comfortable, great value, and the hotel was pretty quiet.
Negatives:
Breakfast wasn’t the greatest (it made my Husband feel a little sick), there was nice options though. Do to having one elevator, be prepared to wait 2-5 minutes for it to get to you.

Air conditioning unit was extremely loud and didn’t work the greatest. Room was not very clean, very humid the bedding even felt damp. speaking of the bedding it smelled like a dirty bathroom, every time we moved even a little bit it smelled. And the mattress was very uncomfortable. The elevator was not smooth at all, scared our special needs daughter who normally doesn’t have an issue with elevators, so we took the stairs after that. The stairs however had no lighting except the emergency exit sign and the hallway was dirty and missing trim boards and some carpet. Then the continental breakfast looked like a prison meal, didn’t even bother with that. We booked la Quinta because we are usually very satisfied with the locations we have stayed at. This location made us feel dirty, uncomfortable and unsafe.

Coffee was terrible!! Had to run out to get our morning fix. Skimpy tolities though the product choice was good.

The bed squeaked when you kayed diwn(thinkingthere were springs rather than box spring) when the elevator opened at 3rd floir there was a large black stain on carpet that made us think perhaps our rooms wouldnt be as ckean as we were hoping. Also the jets in the hot tub were askew. Jjets shot upwards instead of toward center of tub
