Negatives: The staff didn't look the reservation into the system and told that booking was a terrible way to make a reservation, and when leaving the hotel, the lady told me that she couldn't give an invoice because i do the reservation trough booking.com, but when I explain that always got the invoice in another hotels that I reserved, she printed out my invoice.

Negatives: The elevator is clearly old - slow and has issues. The cleaning staff never came to make the bed/give us new towels.

Negatives: Room smelled like wet dog, front desk receptionist could have been more friendly

Negatives: Accommodations were in need of updating. The carpet modules were "tattered" and utterly filthy, long past due for replacement Sheets & towels (linens) clean. The room was in desperate need of a "deep cleaning" or, at the very least, a more thorough cleaning. Bathroom floor around toilet and legs underneath the sink filthy. Surfaces in sitting/sleeping area not wiped down from previous guest. We were too tired to make the (4) hour drive home following a family event, and had we not checked in around 10 p.m. (with children) we would not have accepted the condition of the room and found an alternative venue. Front desk staff appeared to be lacking basic customer service skills, just plain unfriendly, and seemed rather "put-out" performing duties. Kitchen staff in the morning during breakfast were both capable, astute, and outgoing. The same can be said for the housekeeping staff.

Negatives: Could have been cleaner

Negatives: Booking.com did not reserve the right room so we waited excessively for the reservation. Staff there was excellent as reservation was nor corrected exceot by staff action to save the day.

Negatives: The breakfast on the first day of our stay was not restocked promptly

Negatives: Nothing to dislike
