Positives: The room was adequate and clean.
Negatives: I showed up 35 minutes before check in, I was told my room was ready and checking in was no problem. During the check in process the gentleman at the desk was not super pleasant or friendly and then proceeded to tell me my early check in would be an additional 20.00….really? You didn’t have to do anything extra for that to happen. I had some place I had to be so I just paid it but then it took over 5 minutes to run my card due to their system not working and then it had to be entered manually. So by the time all was said and done my “early” check in was about 25 minutes. I understand and respect policies but this seemed a bit ridiculous.

Positives: Staff was friendly
Negatives: They "upgraded" our room without saying anything. But I don't consider it an upgrade because we booked a single bed got put in a double full size room for the first night but only because I said something to them.

Positives: It's location. Close to the freeway but quiet. We had to go to Columbia/St. Mary's for my sisters surgery. I had stayed at a LA Quinta in Denver and was very impressed. I was not disappointed.

Positives: It was just okay. I wouldn't stay here again
Negatives: The rooms were just okay. The room said double so I thought I was booking two beds. When we got to the room it had 1 double bed. I was so upset. We had to get a roll away bed. I've stayed at better hotels that only charged a $50 incidental fee and this hotel charges $100. Not worth it. The breakfast was nice.

Positives: The room was tidy, the beds were comfortable. We did not experience any discomfort from the nearby airport.
Negatives: Very basic breakfast. No bread, only cereal and some cakes.

Positives: There wasn’t one thing I could find favorable about the property
Negatives: The check in person named Lana was absolutely rude to me and then was talking over me to other guests in a totally condescending manner. The ice machines on the whole property were not working and no solution was given. There were not enough towels in the room, it was a double room and when I tried to call the front desk the phones weren’t working, when asked for more towels we were given excuses and waited 15 minutes for them. No lights were working in the parking lot so very dark and not secure.
