When I checked in, the front desk sent me to a dirty room. Had to return to the front desk. Twice there was HEAVY police presence at the front door - made me not feel good. Refrigerator froze any left overs I had planned to eat as well as beverages...disappointing. Ice machine on 3rd floor didn't work.

breakfast was nice a good treat in the morning. it was clean and the pool was very nice I will be booking there again. it was much nicer than some hotels of the same price in the part of town

I booked for an out-of-town family and would have liked to have paid with my card ahead of time, but the front desk said we had to pay on arrival. it is an inconvenience I would like to see that change in the future
