Such a great hotel! It's situated at the Lake Michigan waterfront in the heart of beautiful downtown Port Washington. The facilities are up to date with attractive room decor. The hotel is spotlessly clean, and the staff is courteous and helpful. Definitely a great place to stay in Port Washington.

The location, chicken wings from the bar, room and staff were great.

This is not two major, but I was not able to use a body wash because it would not squirt out even though it was full. Like it was locked. But the front desk gave me a different one.

Negatives:
With their recent renovation, the hotel went to bare floors. Just not a comfortable feeling at any time. The restaurant is decent, especially for breakfast, but dinner, not so much.

Overpriced. Our rooms were literally on the street and I couldn’t have my blinds open at all because of privacy. The street was also noisy with cars.
