Cancellation Policy

Good news! Before Friday, Dec 13th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Chicago), you may cancel your reservation for a full refund. After Friday, Dec 13th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Chicago), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Dec 13, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Refund Policy

This booking is fully refundable if you cancel before 2024-12-12 11:59 PM. If cancelled after 2024-12-13 12:00 AM, 16 percent penalty will be charged. This booking is Non-refundable after 2024-12-14 12:00 AM.

Photo Policy

The reservation holder must present a valid photo ID and credit card at check-in. The credit card is required for any additional hotel specific service fees or incidental charges or fees that may be charged by the hotel to the customer at checkout.
