Coming from a previous hotel employee
There were stains on the blankets, and the duvay covers
The water in the shower was freezing
There were burn stains on the counter in the bathroom from what looked like drug usage.
The toilet seat was not tight on there.
The tub looked like it had not been cleaned in a while.
There was to many chemicals in the pool room.
Being a choice hotel and previously working for a choice hotel the room I stayed in would have never passed the blacklight test for cleaning.

The staff was NEVER at the front desk!!!! U had to call her on the company phone. I seen her coming out of a room and going back in, like she was staying there????? Not very friendly. My comforter was dirty and both rooms smelled just awful. My bathtub also had conditioner or shampoo all over. I will not stay here again.

When we first got there the hotel looked like it was abandoned. Grass was not cut no one in the parking lot. Everything in the room was old and outdated. Was the worst breakfast I’ve ever had at a hotel. I usually don’t care but this was bad.
