The room was filthy. The sheets were dirty. The towels were dirty. There was no one at the front desk to help you. There were no pillows in the room. We were giving a key to a wrong room at first that was occupied by someone else.

We checked in at 3:15 sat on bed to figure out dinner plans and we soon discovered ants crawling up our legs. Went to get them all off and wash hands and found them on the towels. Decided to leave because this is terrible. Went back down to the lobby at 4pm and was told by the strange kiosk man that we could not get our money back because we had been in the room for longer than 30 minutes. There was no way I was going to subject my family to a night in any room in that hotel.

Very minimal hot spot breakfast items! No one was checking to restock items that were used up! Coffee was empty well before the end of breakfast hours with no one checking to refill!

Nothing was professional. Owners didn’t speak English. Poor customer service. Booked a room they didn’t even have and almost had me stay in their “employee room”. Sprayed shit load of room deodorant so the room doesn’t stink but makes it worse. Do not take your shoes off!!!! Carpets are gross and black! Never staying here again. Definitely need new owners and more professional legit customer service that speaks English understands complaints!

Check in was terrible. Attendant wrote the wrong number room and when I came back because I couldn't open the door he questioned me like I did something wrong. The bathroom was dirty with hair and the bathroom towel had stains.

The hotel was quiet and fairly close to downtown (5-10 minute drive). Room was fine and we slept well.
Negatives:
There is no elevator at the hotel so be aware you will need to carry luggage up the stairs. We didn’t bother with the very basic breakfast but went to Ruby Coffee Roasters (recommended!) instead.

kiosk at checkin was unexpected and confusing, loud footsteps from the ceiling woke me up, shower curtain smelled of mildew, furniture was beat up, no e!evator!, and way over priced!
