The nature reserve, The friendly environment, I felt welcome and I enjoyed the convenience of local businesses. The manager of the hotel supportively welcomed me to explain what I had experoenced. I left in a hurry without asking for a refund.
Negatives:
Near 10:30am on checkout day my rooms door was opened and blocked only by the security latch.

The building was in disrepair. The front desk employee did not recognize that we needed help when we stood in front of her for 10 minutes. She finally said, did you need something? The bathroom had body hairs on the floor. The room smelled so bad we needed to purchase air fresheners. The provided breakfast had the least amount of options I have ever seen. (Waffles, two sweet cereals, pastries, coffee and two juices. I have never paid so much for hotel that was such a disappointment.

The breakfast was good overall. Staff was friendly for the most part. The hotel was quiet.

I kept waking up in the middle of the night due to itchiness and irritation on my back. Thought it was just mosquito bites. Woke up in the morning to find my whole back, neck and left arm covered with bed bug bites. It looked horrible to say the least because the pain/irritation is very uncomfortable as I am typing this review. When I told the staff about what happened, she told me that they just had an exterminator come in for the room that I was staying in. She told me that I will receive an email regarding a refund with my situation and I still have not received an email. It has been 2 days. I don't know why we can't just figure it out on the spot or if this was an attempt to not take responsibility for uncleaned hotel but I will not be coming back.
