Between Wednesday, Dec 4th, 2024 at midnight and Thursday, Dec 5th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Chicago), you may cancel your reservation for a partial refund. After Thursday, Dec 5th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Chicago), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Dec 5, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Refund Policy

Positives: Friendly staff, clean rooms, and for a place that allows pets, clean bedding which is very important. I like that they will accommodate those who let them know they will arrive early.

Negatives: Prices were a bit inflated, but I imagine that is because it was homecoming weekend. Dislike the new dingy gray exterior paint. Also, the hotel should take a page from KwkTrips book and provide some coffee that has a bit of robust flavor rather than the very bland and almost clear cheap truck stop stuff that is offered in lobby. Barely drinkable .It is 2023 after all, and would not be a significant cost increase for Wyndham. And nit picky as a coffee critique is, I think this inexpensive tweak would cause your reviews to rise. Funny as it is.

Positives: Clean, well kept pool in a great enclosure. Good hot breakfast was unexpected. Extremely friendly & helpful staff. No problem with early checkin. Vert spacious rooms with comfortable form bed.

Negatives: Ongoing construction not best look on exterior and interior breakfast room, but it didnt really affect us much. Smallish breakfast room was adequate for midweek, but probably quite crowded on busier weekend.
