Staff very nice. Location great.
Negatives:
Lack of towels. Ran out the 2nd night. Started with 2 towels per beds in room. Had children so needed more. Shower curtain kept sliding away from wall so it was a struggle to keep floor dry. Mold on corners of floor by tub.
All breakfast items had sugar or were carbs except for boiled eggs. They had an off smell. Coffee was good.

It had a bed and shower the rest of it especailly location and the breakfast was a joke. Morning staff were not plaasant at all. Very occupied with their phone call which I could hear. Was not appreciated.

Pool and hot tub were closed. The whole reason I paid for a hotel. I could have stayed with family for free.

Location was good for our needs. Close to several restaurants.
Negatives:
Lack of maid service (there wasn't any offered), no trash emptied. Often trash cans in the hallway that no one picked up.

I have stayed at this location a few times and the pool and hot tub area has never been open. It is sad when you have little ones looking forward to swimming. We stayed up stairs this time and it has a smell to the hallway. We opened our door to the room and the ac was running but it seemed moist. A dehumidifier would help this issue and possibly the smell. The breakfast was very disappointing. It consisted of toast, a few apples and hard boiled eggs.

Extremely basic breakfast; packaged hard boiled eggs, bread, some fruit, yogurt, pop tarts. Room was musty but luckily I could open the window to air it out some. Only one front desk attendant could test indoor pool water, so when she isn’t working, the pool is closed…
