Everything!! It smelled bad/smoky,the doors weren?t working properly,no hot tub or sauna as the website indicates, the employees are rude and liars, there was mold and dirty marks all over the bathroom, the tub floor was filthy, I could go on forever

The receptionist was so rude and mean that my children stated they didnt trust him and were uncomfortable. We checked out 1 hour after checking in.

Very very very very relaxing staff was very helpful no matter what I needed except door ""g"" has no locks so 24/7 it's open

Door g at the desk has no lock it's open 24/7 I saw two very suspicious looking men walk in and when I went back into the hotel the desk clerk was holding a whole handful of cash this is extremely dangerous in anywhere when I asked why the door isn't lock

Absolutely nothing. The hotel did not match the pictures, the entire hotel smelled like cigarettes and there was more than one person "tweaking" at breakfast. There was a man smoking weed in the parking lot, and they wouldn't allow my son's service dog
