Positives:
This room was an inexpensive choice relative to the rooms offered closer to the city. We knew we weren't going to be there for very long, late in and early out, so the place didn't need to be very special.
Negatives:
The place wasn't bad, it just needed a good cleaning. Walls were a little thin, so we heard bumps and footsteps easily. Not enough to keep us awake, just not real quiet.

Paying $215 for a room worth $80 was absolutely ridiculous for the quality of room I stayed in. When I asked for an earlier check-in, I was notified that it would be an additional $10 per hour before 3 pm. Had I known what I was getting for the price. I would've paid a little more elsewhere.

Hotel room was very dated, smelled like old cigarettes, shelf falling off of wall. It would be nice to have an actual breakfast for the price for one night.

Positives:
It's an ESA, so keep your expectations low. With that in mind, it's fine for the price. Some cosmetic issues, slow drain in the bathroom, "breakfast" is a coffee and breakfast bar. But there is free parking, its pretty close to the the interstate and an easy drive downtown. And with Summerfest going on, this place was WAY more affordable than just about anywhere else.
Negatives:
Not their fault, but there is a fair amount of construction nearby, so if you're not familiar with the area and arrive after dark, depending on your approach, you may have an interesting time getting here

Negatives:
'breakfast" options, as limited as the offerings, they were out of muffins at 730am and the "manager was on their way to buy more, but probably wouldn't be back by 930". I would have stayed elsewhere if I'd known breakfast was so limited and out of stock. Also, the floor in my room were really sticky, especially the bathroom.

Positives:
Fridge, microwave, & stove. Wife was emergency worker for Red Cross, liked the usefulness of kitchen for placing families. Helpful, responsive front desk staff. Shaded parking spot.
Negatives:
Both toilet paper and kleenex were low, but desk response was good. Hallway needed vacuuming. Window was very dirty. Bathroom was cramped. "Grab and go" breakfast was OK.
Dangerous road crossing on return to motel.
Some longer term residents were very friendly, but not a problem, even enjoyable.
"didn't meet expectations" refers to Suite not having separate area for reading.
I don't mind dated property - it was ok enough.
