Negatives: staff , it was not clean .

Negatives: Booking.com my reservation didn’t pop up on the staff computer upon arrival twice . My first reservation she couldn’t find and so I booked a second reservation while standing there and that one didn’t pop up either. Idk if she was new and unfamiliar with her job or she just didn’t receive it. So I had to pay the regular price at the desk which was a little more then the price I had originally booked. I was standing at the counter for a total of 40 min while she figured it out. I was tired and had a full day. Then I’m my room no ice bucket or cup to even have some water. But they had a partial kitchen with no dishes. It said hot breakfast but it was oatmeal and granola bars and coffee only. The staff in the morning were talking about she’s not doing anything today on a personal phone call really load so myself and other guests could hear. It was very unprofessional. I didn’t enjoy the whole experience and I don’t think I’ll ever book with booking.com again because of this. Booking.com is still sending me emails about confirming a reservation that had already passed for this same stay even though it has already passed. I never used booking.com and I won’t use it in the future.

Negatives: Breakfast was straight but it could be better if they added fruit and juice to their menu.

Negatives: The night manager basically threw me and my children out after we had been staying there for over 3 months because I was 30 minutes late paying for my room because I got out of work late. It didn't make any difference that I spent over $5000 a month staying there and I had the money to pay for the room when I arrived. When I was able to speak with the regional manager he was pretty condescending and didn't want to hear anything I had to say. There was also an issue with men hanging out in the area by the front entrance openly drinking and smoking. The rates for the hotel room we stayed in went from $119 a night to over $216 a night which seems absolutely ridiculous for this room even for during the playoffs.

Negatives: The Night time manager liked adding additional charges on the already overpriced room. I ended up getting out of work later than expected so me and my kids were kicked out of the hotel regardless of the fact that I had been staying there for over 3 months. When I spoke to the regional manager, he was very condescending and rude. I spent over $6000 a month at this place only to be thrown out on the street because I was 30 minutes late getting back from work. Between that, the night manager, the drug and alcohol use, and the prostitution I would have felt safer sleeping in my car.
