I did not know this hotel was for pets. However, the rooms smells just like pets, animal hair everywhere. Pillows donot smell fresh at all, hotel needs new ones. As I was asleep I was awoken by cigarette smoking from a room next door.
Carpet in Hotel lobby is old and filthy, needs to be upgraded. Older woman employee, at customer service desk could be friendlier. Necessary changes needed, before business goes down.

The location was perfect for my needs. I was just down the street from where I was going and the hotel's proximity to the highway was great.
Negatives:
Staff were not that friendly. Breakfast was terrible. So little choice compared to other Extended Stay facilities. There were two items I could choose from. The breakfast granola bars were all crumbs - all of them.

The whole second floor smelled like it was on fire, hallways so full of smoke it burned my eyes and made it hard to breathe, yet the fire alarms never went off supposed to be a smoke free building
Mold. Mold everywhere in the bathroom, the room itself smelled like mildew, and you can clearly see where the mold was painted over
Curly hair all over the bed and kitchenette
The listing said the room came with a kitchenette with pots/pans/dishes, and it did not
There was no soap in the room either
The grab n go breakfast was prepackaged gas station muffins or nutrigrain bars, and oatmeal but you can only grab two things a person and there was definitely not enough
