Pets are always welcomed guests! A maximum of two pets are allowed in each suite. A $25 (+ tax) per day, per pet non-refundable cleaning fee for the first six (6) nights. Each day thereafter is a $10 non-refundable fee (+tax) per day, per pet. The first seven (7) nights are payable the first night of your stay and is charged at check-in. Service animals will be exempt from this charge. Height and length restrictions apply: pets can be no longer than 36 inches and no taller than 36 inches.

Booking.com my reservation didnt pop up on the staff computer upon arrival twice . My first reservation she couldnt find and so I booked a second reservation while standing there and that one didnt pop up either. Idk if she was new and unfamiliar with her job or she just didnt receive it. So I had to pay the regular price at the desk which was a little more then the price I had originally booked. I was standing at the counter for a total of 40 min while she figured it out. I was tired and had a full day. Then Im my room no ice bucket or cup to even have some water. But they had a partial kitchen with no dishes. It said hot breakfast but it was oatmeal and granola bars and coffee only. The staff in the morning were talking about shes not doing anything today on a personal phone call really load so myself and other guests could hear. It was very unprofessional. I didnt enjoy the whole experience and I dont think Ill ever book with booking.com again because of this. Booking.com is still sending me emails about confirming a reservation that had already passed for this same stay even though it has already passed. I never used booking.com and I wont use it in the future.
