Bathroom doors aren’t a door that can lock, it just slides, which can be odd when using the bathroom. They need to update with actual doors.

Front desk agent acted as if we were interrupting her. She went over the property features so fast I couldn't understand a word she said. The room was dirty, pillows were worthless, bathroom shelves falling down, bathroom door broken, no table, shower head was useless. No better than a Super 8 motel at twice the price. Shame on you, Hilton!

Offered shuttle to baseball field

Had to sign up for shuttle which we didn’t know so by time we checked in all reasonable times were booked. I even called ahead to confirm there was a shuttle but no one mentioned sign up. We took Uber.
Shuttle on way back - please put details on business card as to where pick up is. We walked for quite some time before we found shuttle pick up area for hotel.
We were also told the hotel bar was open when we checked in. Came back after baseball game only to find the bar was closed for private event - would have been nice to know as we came back with plans to go to the bar

no room servive for a two night stay, two small garbage cans, no option to recycle. hotel used parking lot to sell spaces to state fair, hard to find spot to park. Prices are inflated for the stay because of state fair.

It was in the perfect location for our planned activities. Devon was extremely helpful and accomodating.

I was overcharged more than $50! I called thw same day as my check out. I waited on hold for a very long time. When I was finally answered, I was out on hold again for a long time. Only to be told by the associate that she couldn't help me and told me to call back tomorrow. This should not have happened Iin the 1st place and I should not have to spend so much time getting it corrected!!
