Location was very nice for what we were doing. Close to Dinner, our 2-day routes, gas station, grocery store.

Outdated, in poor repair. Hottub empty and filthy. Breakfast area dirty and garbage filthy in breakfast area. Police in hallway at a room.

Positives:
It was nice and quiet. We would've liked to have went swimming but too many people at 9:30pm when the pool closes at 10.
Negatives:
We're smokers so we went outside several times and several times we come back to our room and all we could smell was pot in the hallway.
