The body wash was communal allowing it to be easily tampered with- potentially a sanitary issue.

We were on a weekend...
Negatives:
Our room did not lock securely without the interior security locks. Meaning while we were not in the room our items were not secure.
As we had a family event to attend on Saturday we chose to remove all items from the room while we were gone. This was very inconvenient, but timing did not afford the option to discuss with staff - checkin counter was very busy when we had to leave for our event.

The hotel was disgusting. It looked like it hadn't been cleaned. Everywhere you looked there were dead bugs, spilled gross stuff on the walls/carpets. our room looked like it hadn't been cleaned. There were spills all over the floors, chairs, even the picture frames had gross splashes of stuff in it. The pool room did not have any towels and there were wet towels in the actual pool. It was morning swim time and the lights were off. There were dead bugs in the pool. Breakfast was okay although the coffee had tons of grounds in it and the juice machine was not working and only giving water. Overall, I would NOT recommend anyone stay here.

The pan holding the eggs and sausage was dusty and dirty. There was no orange juice or apple juice. The food was good, but the hot pan was dirty.
