The proximity to the Hospital was good.

The rooms were a little dingy, overall cleanliness was not great. Breakfast area hadn't been tended to, lots of things running low and the entire area hadn't been tidied or cleaned up.

The room was dirty, the bathroom had black mold or dirt covering the shower head. We didn't have a blow dryer, iron, body wash or Shampoo. The fridge was taped shut the shelves were taped up. Breakfast was not appetizing at all.
