Positives:
The front desk man was super friendly and professional at check in. He was very welcoming and answered all of our questions. He was taking care of things in back but was quick to answer when I rang the bell. The ladies at check out were also very polite and professional. Well trained staff and great customer service!
Negatives:
I specifically chose this hotel because of the pool & hot tub. It was beyond disappointing to get there and see the sign that they were both closed. I honestly would have chosen a different hotel had I known in advance. There was a hockey event in town so very noisey guests running back and forth on the floor above us, but that wasn’t the hotel’s fault. I just wish it were a little more sound proof. I did open the door and ask them to quiet down as they were wrestling in the hallway in front of our room. There was also a long dark hair in the bed of one of our 3 rooms.
