Very dirty and terrible old food not fresh at all no food temperature kept l know because l am a restaurant owner rotten milk it was like cheese l showed it to the person that was there then he took it and pretended he was going to throw it away he took it in the back and one more person at check out was complaining in front of me not going back there again.

The phone didn’t work. The toilet seat was held on with sticky tac, the remote didn’t work. The bathroom floor hasn’t been cleaned and had random hair on the floor. The ‘breakfast’ was so bad quality. The room isn’t able to connect with the lobby after like ten pm because you have to go through the pool to access and the pool closes at ten.

Positives:
The beds were comfortable. We were located near a door which made it easy to take our dog outside. The room was comfortable-it was hot out but the air conditioning made the room comfortable.
Negatives:
I think that adding a service fee is inappropriate. All fees should be mentioned on the booking site. Thirty-five dollars pet fee (per dog) is also rather high as the hotel is older and in need of updating. If we were staying more than one night we would have looked elsewhere.

Don’t clean rooms, don’t change garbage, bathtub drain stuck, no towels daily, take too long when you do call them for something, puts someone above us who makes noise and jumps and complained but never did anything so hard to sleep. Breakfast cold and terrible tasting. Not enough room in dining area for breakfast. Rooms musty and smell and hallway hot and smells like chlorine.
