Negatives: Size of room, no coffee in room or office

Negatives: We arrived at 12:15 AM. The small lobby area had several people waiting to be checked in to their rooms. We waited 30+ minutes. The lady behind the desk did not know what she was doing. She ended up taking names and writing down drivers license numbers I believe so that people would not run off in the morning without paying. We received our keys for two rooms and went to them. One had not been cleaned. And neither were a double which we had reserved online. We went back to get a clean room. And the line to check in was still several people long. We had arrived at the hotel 45 minutes before and still were not able to rest. We waited in line for another 20 minutes to get a clean room. While waiting we realized what was happening. Several of the individuals in line were working ladies and men waiting for rooms. One of them even gave the attendant a cash “tip” which she stuffed into her bra. One man asked us which room it was that hadn’t been cleaned and said he’d take it and the lady behind the desk just gave him the key and sent him on his way (he was with one of the women). This was both creepy and disgusting and not at all reassuring as we were with our four children. This experience in the world cost us over $200. This hotel was an experience we will never forget for all of the wrong reasons.

Negatives: The room was filthy. There were dead flies all over the floor and the floor was filthy enough my daughters white socks turned grey.

Negatives: Not handicap room. No Place to put things in bathroom. Phone did not charge. No water pressure due to water leak.

Negatives: Water pressure, shower over spraying/making a mess on the floor, 3 ice machines and none of them worked.

Negatives: LIKED IT ALL

Negatives: Remodeling was going on, they were stressed to find rooms for guests checking in

Negatives: The first room we were assigned to REEKED of cat urine. When I returned to the front desk to request another room, one of the maintenance staff who was present commented the "Lady in there before you had three cats and a dog." Maybe they should not have tried to rent that room until it was cleaned. The room itself had no fridge, no coffee maker, no clothes hangers and only a couple of bars of complimentary soap. An employee's car had broken down and was blocking the parking lot near the office. Worst Motel 6 I've ever stayed at.

Negatives: we stayed 4 days. bed was made once and had to go to office every day to get clean towels .had to go to office every afternoon to have keys reprogrammed

Negatives: No refrigerator no coffee in the room ice machine had to walk to the other end of the building in the middle of the complex by Office no Kleenexes in room
