Positives: The rooms were nice but the tv didnt work the lobby was not so nice the breakfast was gross and the staff smelled of Body Odor and cigarettes

Positives: For the past 15 years, I have stayed at this hotel. The staff has always been wonderful, and the hot breakfast has always hit the spot. For those two reasons, you will always have my business. Thank you so much for the wonderful stay!
Negatives: I have noticed that throughout the years, the rooms have become very worn and not nearly as clean. I wish the management could at least paint the walls, and clean just a bit more. I do wish the pillows could once again smell fresh rather than stale.

Positives: Location easy off freeway, but not to close to hear it.
Negatives: Curtains were a problem. They allowed to much light in. And they interfered with proper heater operation, feeding hot hair back to the heater making it shut off prematurely. Had to pin the curtain back to heat the room properly.

Negatives: Walked in an it smelled like an old museum. You could smell mildew. Waited 5 minutes and staff never came to desk. Looked in one room on outside and it was par with Motel 6!!! This was not a 2.5 star hotel. Left and got another room across the street.

Negatives: Room has seen better days for the star rating. I expected a more recent renovation. There was no hot water at 4:30 AM. Granted that was early but totally unacceptable in my mind.
