We stay here often to visit family. Main point is to have fun in pool.. get here and pool NOT AVAILABLE... WHAT ???
SHould have told me before I booked a room... very unhappy about that. plus water bottles available in room refrigerator... nope not this time. I inquired at desk and was told no water anymore. WHAT??? needless to say I was very very disappointed. For the price we paid i feel we didn't receive adequate service... May sadly have to look for another location when we come again in November... Boo Hiss...

The hotel is in disrepair and needs updating badly. Very shopworn, room was bad, carpet was completely worn out and filthy. Hotel restroom was a mess. We did not stay and the manager or owner understood our concerns and refunded our stay.
