Negatives: The pillows were bricks

Negatives: Our room had some trim missing

Negatives: hot chocolate was missing

Negatives: The room's base boards were coming away from the wall, also the room we stayed in spelled like smoke, even though it was no smoking. The location felt very sketchy, and people walked around at odd times of the day. Breakfast was muffins in a plastic bin and someone had clearly eaten one, because there were crumbs nexr to the bins. Unfortunately, there are no hard-boiled eggs or hot food. In the mini refrigerator held OJ, milk, and yogurt. I tried the OJ, and it tasted like it was old, I had to throw it. There were 2 types of dry cereal, raisin bran and frosted flakes, which were fine. I would not stay there again. The most anyone should be charged is $50.

Negatives: Had to wait for a room. Took over an hour to get the room. Front desk was very rude

Negatives: Dirty...mold in coffee machine...poor interior and exterior maintenance....dusty inside...lack of security...smoje detector appeared to be removed..staff not helpful..would not give us a refund

Negatives: The lady at the front desk was not rude but was not very inviting either. There was feces smeared on the side of the toilet. The bathtub was not real clean. For the rate and name I expected better quality.

Negatives: Our first room was dirty. The bathroom ceiling had black mold on it. The shower curtain rod was ready to fall out of the wall and when you got a shower the curtain would go to the middle of the rod & water would spray out on each side of the curtain and puddled on the floor. I did see the next day at the end of the parking lot that there was a lot of carpet and old chairs sitting around. It is an old building that needs a facelift inside and out. We had previously stayed in a Super 8 and were very happy with that facility so we thought we would try again. This facility was a real letdown and I should have read the reviews before I booked.

Negatives: The manager is rude. The older lady at the front desk is snippy, the hallways smelled, the room I was put in had lots of damage to it, the shower made a high pitch irritating noise, the windows were filthy and not cleanable, there was no carpet in my room. They charged a pet fee every single night I was there. And tried to OVER charge me at that. The fee is $15 a night per pet and the manager tried to charge me $25 a night per pet. Absolutely disgusting, I'm glad I was educated on their policy, as dumb as it is. They allow up to 3 pets but don't have a pet relief area, just a dead grass and rock area around the side where there was feces everywhere from people not cleaning up. There were cigarette buds everywhere. Staff kept slamming the doors of rooms as they emptied them which was disruptive and rude. Also the phone in the room was disconnected and the wires were exposed. The door frame to the bathroom was broken and hanging off which I was scared would fall off and potentially hurt my dogs. There were bed bugs in my room.
