Negatives: We stayed 2 nights. The first night we stayed, the lady in the front office who checked us in was rude and seemed distracted. The second night I booked online, we had a family emergency. Not even an hour later, I called to ask for a refund?! was told know right away! Wouldn't even let me talk or explain my situation. I lost a family member and needed the money to get home. They would not work with me at all and had no remorse at all! I have called two days straight trying to reach a manager or owner, and they are NEVER available. The rooms were dirty, the sink wouldn't shut off, the toilet ran all night, and the ceiling was falling in right above the toilet, and only one plug in worked. I do NOT recommend this hotel!

Negatives: They double charged me and will not return money.

Negatives: They took credit card imprint imprint incase room was trashed. We have been travelling for 50 years and never had this before.

Negatives: We got to the hotel at 3 pm. We were told they were short staffed and our room would be ready in 45 minutes and told us what room we’d be in. Almost 2 1/2 hours later our room still wasn’t ready. The door to the room was open. The beds were still a mess from the former customers. 10 minutes later we told them we were leaving and they said our room was ready. There was no way they could have cleaned the room in 10 minutes. We were told the manager would credit the room as the front desk girl could not and the manager was cleaning rooms. We called the next day and they said the manager was out sick. We called again the following day and was told the manager wasn’t in. Both days we gave them our phone number. Called again yesterday and was told they didn’t know when the manager would be in. We have now disputed the charges with our bank.

Negatives: Carpets were gross. Had to clean toilet shower, tubs before using them. The jacuzzi was completely out of date and missing buttons and knobs. The shower head was placed at a kids' height. My husband is 5 foot 1 inches and he had to bend over to use the shower head as it was placed at neck height. There is no indoor pool as it stated on the page. The outdoor pool was outdated paint was peeling off in the water. The hot tub was poorly blanked off with plywood. Service sucked., when we left for Sturgis, SD for over night, we put a sign on the door for maid service please. We came back the second day at 4 PM to a still dirty room. Maids were getting ready to leave for the day. I went to the front desk to request for it to be cleaned. They came to the room and replaced the towels and made up dirty sheets instead of applying clean sheets as I had requested. They didn't vacuum but left me the vacuum for me to vacuum my own floors.

Negatives: The cum stain on the bedding, one day they didn’t serve breakfast. The following two days the eggs and sausage were cold.

Negatives: Pool was often full of children that were not guests, needs work We booked a few months before then found same room at less than half price. So canceled and rebooted. Towels all very old and no longer white

Negatives: Charged for my room twice. Said first card was not accepted, later found out was charged on both!
