We had to switch rooms --tub faucet would not shut off, shower curtain rod falling out of the wall, filthy bathroom & sleeping area. & beds squeaked when you moved. No breakfast as advertised. Extremely loud party in lobby so couldnt go to sleep.

The location was nice.

Our room had dirty towels, our key wouldnt work 90% of the time, we booked the hotel for the pool and breakfast buffet only to find out the pool was down for maintenance (even though it looked perfectly fine) and when we got up the next morning there was no breakfast. $105 on a room for it to be dirty and the facilities to be down, so we ended up spending more money than planned due to lack of at the property.

The hotel room fell short of cleanliness expectations, with a moldy Frigidaire, initial lack of toilet paper and tissues (provided upon request), and breakfast unavailability due to kitchen renovations. At $350 for a 2-night stay, it felt considerably overpriced. I would not recommend this hotel.

Nothing. It was awful. Smelled bad, looked bad and was falsely advertised. It was disgusting.

It was rated as a 3 star. A 1 star would have been better. It was disgusting. The first room we got was a biohazard disaster and the room they changed us to smelled like cigarette smoke with bugs flying around. I felt ripped off. So upset.

1-It advertised breakfast and a fitness center. After checkin we found out no breakfast (kitchen being remodeled) and fitness center is under repair. 2-The room we were in had a loud water dripping noise. It lasted all night - could hardly sleep.

The hallway carpet was disgusting and had multiple holes in it. The carpet in the room was also disgusting. The walls were dirty. The king size bed had a double bed mattress cover on it. This made an uneven mattress to lay on. The bed spread had burn hole

The pool, sauna, and hot tub were closed and it sounded like they have been for a while while until they fix a mold issue. No breakfast is available until the kitchen is updated.
