Positives:
The rooms look recently renovated so everything looked nice and clean. It is by far not a 5 star resort but it's perfect for one or several nights. It has a small kitchen, which we did not use, but it's great for those that want to buy some groceries and/or cook. The staff was a bit slow at check-in but was very pleasant at both check in and check out processes. Better value for money then many other Jackson hotels. Would recommend.

Room was very clean, having a kitchenette is a nice touch, close enough to town and close to bus stop. Allowed us to check in early.
Negatives:
Would be nice to have the coffee in the front desk area complimentary for guests as well. It’s a nice touch when there is no breakfast option available.

The employees were very nice and attentive to all our needs. The rooms are clean, there is a laundry room, a gym and a nice and pleasant yard

The windows don’t open (so that there is no air from the outside and a bit stuffy despite the air conditioner)

The room was like a hospital room. Very bland, very small and basic. Way, way overpriced at $ 330.00 a night. Price gouging at it's best !!

The staff was very nice and did a great job

It was very noisy on our side of motel. We were on backside. The other guests around us were loud. Played loud music, talked loud, and were in and out of there rooms.
I liked the rooms very clean and setup nice. I wish shower was a little bigger and shower head was weird how it sprayed.
